Well this still has to pass by the SEC. It should just be formality, but there are some pretty shady things to this whole agreement, particularly the part about EA CEO creating the corp that joined up Bioware and Pandemic then going back to EA and buying both those brands for 860million.

I mean ppl were laughing when Microsoft bought Rare for 400million, saying they were over paying. This is more than twice what Microsoft payed for Rare, so my instinct tells me there is something pretty fishy going on.
