That is the life on a PvP server - the constant danger. Every time you gotta watch your back. When I was leveling my Draenei right when I hit my early 30s, I got ganked so often in STV that I said fuck it after a while and leveled in Desolace, which I absolutely despise.

Or another option would be to just find a group of buddies or other people around your level and do shit together. WoW is pretty easy.
