I don't understand the whining about Grinding, especially from Sithro who isn't just skipping quests unless he's a complete fool (At least they're all new to him).
My warrior is 66 now, and never once did he need to grind, you can easily hit 60 and have tons and tons of quests left to do still. 40-50 is the pits imo, but 30-40 is insanely easy (And anyone that thinks STV sucks is just wrong! It's no longer fun to me but it's incredibly efficient and fast regardless). 50-60 are probably the easiest levels in the game aside from 1-20, there are stupid amounts of quests to do if you look in the right spots (They added 2 years worth of content right at 55-60, look a little harder).
Is it really that bad to 'only' have 4 zones to go to? Good lord. You shouldn't be able to do 10 levels in one zone on just quests, there'd be like 10 zones in the game if that were the case. Sithro - Don't listen to the whiners and start trying to adopt arguments that are frankly too mature for your level of play. Everyone else whines because they hate re-doing zones on alts (I agree with this sentiment), but if you've never done them at all it's plenty easy to find junk to do.
30-40 I highly recommend doing the racetrack in thousand needles before hitting STV and you can get enough of a buffer to pick and choose quests, but if you haven't done em yet you won't know which ones are worth doing or not anyway so just do all of them (Most quests are at least 'fun' the first time, except the occasional collection quest).
