Well, joking aside, I do think Jiraiya's number may be up. Kishimoto has a habit of focusing on a characters backstory before their death, which has been happening lately. Not to mention a few chapters ago there was some pretty blunt foreshadowing going on between Tsunade and Jiraiya.
I'm personally hoping he doesn't DIE, but that he is defeated soundly and that will prove Pain's ability to us. |
