ROFL, I've seen that exact same video and was going to post about it. The guy looks like he's going to die, he's like convulsing/crying/gagging as the greasy shit rolls down the tube. I think I puked three times while watching it. I'd rather watch some guy getting his head sawed off (seen it) then that shit.
