| I really enjoyed the Eisenhorn series by Dan Abnett, also his Horus Heresy novel was great.
I bought the Gaunts Ghosts series and have enjoyed them quite a bit so far. Quick easy reading but entertaining and you really like the characters. I'd suggest getting them if you're after some Imperial Guard stories.
