I think the raw definition of Child pornography deals with children in a sexual pose, remember the artist a while back that got in trouble because his artwork featured naked children in certain poses? He was never charged because it was considered "art" and involved no sexual involvement. Though in most cases it simply is left to be determined by the state that its released in.
I just wonder if the families shown here truely know that they are being sold online for whatever amount they are asking.
