Doesnt matter. Depending on how public this becomes they would need to do something. If it's confined to a couple of threads on the internet, they can ignore it or they may simply be ignorant of the whole thing. If it got more widespread they would be banned very quickly is my guess.
Big difference between making an attempt to stop it even if that's unsuccessful and just letting it happen.
