The FBI can't do anything about it. At it's absolute worst, it's only virtual child pornography, and that's only if its graphically depicted, which is pretty much impossible in WoW. And virtual child pornography is consitutionally protected in the US, as per a Supreme Court decision, much to the FBI's chagrin. If it's just chat with no graphical depiction, with no specific intent to have sex with a real minor, then it is automatically protected as free speech.
Blizzard does still have a right to ban them, just as they could ban anyone else, and if these people are causing problems with other people on the server, then Blizzard probably should. But seriously, be careful what rights you are willing to give away in your persecution of others, as you'd be surprised what rights you'll lose yourself in the process. The first amendment is written and interpreted as is for a reason.
