| This guy is an idiot and evidently has never seen a police officer. He showed only swat units and avoided showing your standard police officer because that would ruin his poorly thought out video. SWAT units do look like military personnel, but since they're the ones who raid buildings, and are more likely to encounter criminals with automatic weapons, I don't see the problem.
When you start seeing the regular guys who drive around in cars sporting automatic weapons, masks, helmets, and such, then this guy's video will make sense. Until then, he's just another tool with a video camera.
