I know that she-dude in those two pics. His name is Leslie, and he's been a prominent figure on the corner of Congress and 6th street in Austin Texas for last 20 years. I used to work down the street from where he hung out, and would occasional give him smokes and talk to him. He's actually quite intelligent, not even remotely a hooker, and is an old vietnam vet who flipped out after coming back from two tours in nam.
He's also been awarded a really high public service award from the Austin police department, for saving a girl who was getting raped by two drunken college kids. He beat one of the college kids so badly, that it left an impression on austin-ites, that Leslie is not someone to be messed with. Everyone who works in downtown Austin knows Leslie.
Anyways, that's my 2 cents of insight on this thread
