| Sharmai theres tons of companies that are doing that, not just Comcast. If you saw the stats for bandwith consumption and the amount of that traffic is bittorrent is just insane. At any given time on my ISP's network it's 65-75% bittorrent traffic. That's a significant cost to an ISP, and it's their right to limit it if they want to.
Mine filters any non encrypted bittorrent traffic and caps it. Meh, they're just trying to bring cost savings and stop legal issues.
