I can guarantee those potion cards will not be rare since there expendable with one charge and are on more then one card.
Trust me if they leave them at a 5 second recast time, people will wipe out the new exspansion in record time.
You think Pots were a problem in WoW before they retuned them, this will be the same thing..
Lets put it this way, if you have the Vett AA for complete heal ,complete mana + the item from the cards that does the same thing + 5-6 pots on each raider, youre guild will be able to take down anything SOE throws at em
