| Honestly, above all, Mushishi hasn't gotten a single word of praise yet.
Definitely on my top 5 anime list, Mushishi encompasses all seriousness, calm, tranquility that makes you feel like as if you are almost apart of that world. There isn't a lot of action in the anime, but the overall ambiance, mood, and story of the anime is enough to outweigh the entertainment of violent animes. And I love my violent animes.
Watch Mushishi. There was never a day when Mushishi came out, I couldn't watch it. After every episode, I was never left feeling hungry or full.
