IMO if you want 3 games that you can play for a long period of time get:

Games I would get for sure-

FFIII
Puzzle Quest

Maybes-

Etrian Odyssey(if you like classic dungeon crawl rpgs similar to Wizardry I)
Metroid Pinball(I personally get a ton fo hours out of this)
