| This argument is really pointless, but their schedule wasn't that strong in hindsight. Texas was good but not great, Michigan was very good but overrated, Wisconsin was good, but those are really the only good wins they had. It's not like they shouldn't have been there, they did what they had to do to get there, but they were there because better teams that had much tougher schedules had lost a game or two.
And one player does not change a 27-point loss into a win. Reggie Bush or Matt Leinart could not have saved OSU that night, and Ginn does not compare to either in terms of effect on the game. |
