A fury starts to show what he can do at 23 (strike of thunder, at 24 the master2 version), complements it at 32 (encounter ae big fucking nuke, master 2 at 34) and becomes a complete class in the 50s.
The game is very easy till 20, where it gets the first bump in difficulty, again around 35-40 you notice another bump, then in the 50s it gets generally easier, due to the AA you have accumulated and the difficulty is set again correctly in the mid-high 60s to 70, then if you get fabled gear, everything becomes trivial unless you go in one of the 2 instances that can push a group (total noobs won't stay alive more than a couple minutes there).
I have to say that judging EQ2 before level 35 is not fair to the game and it gets a lot better around the 50s, with long interesting questlines.
