| The problem with younger guys in boxing is that they spend the first 10-15 fights in 4 rounders against amateurs who can barely go pro or guys who are 9-15 and one fight away from being done for.
It takes a good 20 fights for them to even get a fight against someone who can be considered talented and a test of ability. By then the young fighter is 4-5 years into his career and isn't even young anymore.
Oh and I heard Hopkins is negotiating a fight with some Welshie next, so he isn't done yet.
