Both will get you into groups, but Furys have a bad reputation since druids also attract many soloers (they are highly soloable and a fun class to play) who don't know how to heal or are not specced for healing. So in terms of safer bets I would say either clerics (Inquisitor or Templar) for name recognition (everyone knows they are healers and what they do), followed by mystic, defiler, warden in no particular order. Later on though I would say that being a mystic/defiler will make you more rare, hence more desirable to groups who already have one healer. The only problem with shamans (mystic/defilers) is that the full power of wards is not apparent to inexperienced players, and beginners will not have a full sense of what they are capable of doing. Believe it or not, some players don't even know that a defiler is a healer *groan*.
