Oh god there are so many things wrong with this.
Don't do this unless you want to end up in one of those "Funniest Killmails" threads.
If you want to use a Dominix then use a NOS + Armor Tanking setup. If you want a close range gunboat then fit a Megathron, it is far better suited for the role.
