you have 4 options:
1) try to get back inside your corp
2) try to buy your way out explaining the situation
3) put your raven on sell, go to your medical, move medical to an empire system (dunno if its possible without a corp with an office there), then suicide
4) if diplomacy dont work, and you cant move your medical, buy a shuttle and do the run of your life
