IGE hires/buys out Yantis.
IGE/Yantis Form "Super big evil corporation" to more easily manage every company they aquire, and for tax puposes.
Wanting to rid the tarnish of IGE from the rest of it's holdings, the "big evil corporation" sells IGE back to Yantis... probably to the tune of about $0.01
"Big evil corportion" then gets to claim it doesn't own IGE. (troof)
