He totally blew out his arm in that attempted no hitter game. He can only pitch like 7 innings at his age anymore than that and he is hurting his arm. He was pitching like Kostner in For Love of The Game, and in the 9th was trying to throw gas when he had nothing left and thus hurt his arm. It was the same shit that happened to Pedro Martinez after that all star game in Fenway when he absolutely owned the first 6 batters, but the next games he sucked and then went on the DL, he too blew out his arm. After shillings no hitter attempt the same thing happened, the next 2 starts you can see that he didn't have any gas left and couldn't really break 90 MHP on with his fastball, (pitching an 84 MHP fastball in MLB is weaksauce). So he needs rest and he should be good again. It happens to all older pitchers, they throw out their arms in a really good game.
