Big guys that come straight out of high school are usually pretty slow to develop. This was Bynum's second year in the league, but only his first getting any PT. In the few games that I saw him play, you could see he already has some skills. He has some offensive moves, decent coordination, has good strength for a guy that age, long arms so he should be a decent shot blocker. He can't dominate now but there's a chance he could be a dominant inside player within ~5 years if he keeps working.

Bynum was the youngest player in NBA history when he entered the league. He's only like 3 months older than Greg Oden.
