Is it necessary to keep some weapons primary only? Isn't that just like having them be "Lore" in that you can only use one? Seems strange to go through all the effort of changing the system from a unique 1H vs. two Dual Wield weapons (which is a lot of work) and still leave in a seemingly arbitrary restriction like Primary only. |
I'd assume the reason is to create overly powerful 1handers under the assumption they'll have a shield.
