Yeah. The in-game /claim function never worked right. I think part of it had to do with the screwy channel system -- if you didn't have the right channel enabled you couldn't see the claim options. Another part of it had to do with the way accounts were flagged as collector's editions. The same problem affected the "Founder" title that Vanguard offered at one point.
