| ive talked with the CS people quite a bit in order to get my account info again... and they were generally very helpful, specially gareth.
they have records of almost all the charges from the creation of your account... and your credit card company should have the info for at least the last 5 years unless they went through a merger like mine did...
this should be all you really need
