It worked as of yesterday. Google tells me that it's caused by Norton, but I wouldn't wish Norton on my worst enemy, much less install it on my own PC. I have admin rights, don't roll with a firewall or anti-virus on my gaming rig, and I have 120GB of free space. GuildWars.com has nothing on the subject so it looks like I'm fucked until they get back to me.
