This is contrary to Picard, who probably would have paused a bit while he took a moment to share an inside joke with #1 by making jerkoff motions in the air. Afterwards, he would have lowered his finger at Lizard homeboy, opened up with some dramatic ass shit like "You are fucking worthless, son," and then finally he woulda whipped out the phaser and vaporized his ass.
Laughing? The only time these two dudes have time to laugh is as they crush the skulls of their enemies beneath them.
