Well, it seems that CCP suspects a faulty router in London as the source of the problems some people are having:

As L3 is providing the link from New York to London, is there anyone around the New York area thats "not" having any issues at all connecting to TQ?
I'm no network wiz, so I have to ask, is it just one link that connects the entire US to London, or is there more than one, with various links along the whole east coast?
