Aside from the Glide comments (all true), the 5% in-combat is basically useless, but it stacks with sow and works also out of combat.
So 20% sow
+5% fae bonus
+jboots (at lvl 42)
= 35% speed, aka slightly better than a 3,5 plat mount.
All of this without spending any AA to increase running speed (which furies have in the EoF tree).
EDIT: lowbie Faes get to do a quest for "silvani form", it's an illusion that makes you look like a little butterfly and gives you another 5% movement bonus that stacks on top of those listed above, but when using it, you won't be able to use any spells/combat arts. Good for traveling and you can hide your illusion forms anyway.
