Dark Light Woods a part of Kithicor?

Shit for the first time in my life I'm regretting not playing EQoa, these guys have alot of good lore that ties some of the gray areas together regarding EQ1 -> EQ2. Also, this is a map of the shattered lands I had not seen, with all the ocean and waterway names. Has anyone ever seen this one before and is it canon?
