where does one see this designation? or are they located in different locations? does each faction have a different rep level required? I took a minmatar to 10.8 or 10.9 already, and didn't see anything that looked like a level designation. |
Not sure where you're seeing the 10.8 or 10.9, things usually cap out at 10, but you can see the level and type of agent on the Agent Info tab.
