Btw, our law system is not based on cases like in the US. We have a pseudo-logical system that is supposed to provide the solution to every possible case. We don't need to convince a jury and we don't see it as competition. It's all about analyzing and logical thinking and we do aim for a good and fair decision within the system, at least in theory.
