| 'All the employees' is pretty unlikely. "Cherry-pick the decent ones, shitcan the rest" is significantly more probable, or possibly even "Cherry-pick the decent ones, move them across to EQ/EQ2/whatever teams, VG struggles along with the rejects and interns" (See: EQ while EQ2 was being developed).
