The three rat-specific active hardeners means that you're looking at whatever you're fighting(say it's Amarr). That would be 2xPhoton Hardening Field and one Thermal Barrier or whatever they're called. Serpentis would be 2xKinetic Absorbtion and one Thermal Barrier, etc. Shields -> Shield Hardeners -> look for the ones that cost cap to run. Since you already have a cap recharge rig on your Drake, you can probably run at least one Invulnerability field just fine.
SPR are Shield Power Relay(drastically increase shield recharge rate at the cost of lowered cap recharge, but you're not using your cap for anything).

so, for an effective mission efficency, i should work on my shield regen power, more than using boosters?
and the cap i dont use for booster will be used for active resists?
