This all seems reasonable for a single player game, but I just dont understand how it would operate within a persistant multiplayer universe. Would I end up with several different versions of 'Abraham' I could load up at any given time? Would each of these different 'alternate universe' versions of my character have to have a different name?
Lastly, I really hope they will be saving these character 'time freezes' to the server, otherwise there will be no hope of preventing hacking. |
I seem to recall them mentioning in previous interviews that all characters on your account or server would share the same surname, each clone would have a different first name.
Or something along those lines.
