| Kurt Vonnegut Dead
Well, I feel like this has to be discussed as I got more honest passion from this man just from reading his books than I have from the vast majority of people I've met face to face. Vonnegut died last night and I almost feel like I've lost a family member. This is someone who genuinely cared about trying to make people happy and many of his books rank amongst my all-time favorites (Sirens of Titan, Galapagos, Cat's Cradle, Slaughterhouse, I could go on, I've read them all) If you have read any of Vonnegut's work, just make this a spot to discuss your feelings toward the man. rest in peace, Kurt. |
