For hardcore guilds thats kind of a long time. I remember in EQ, people ran through expansions in 3-4 months. They eventually had to launch Expansion every 6 months to keep people raiding. Same will happen with WOW.
I dont know how through people are with TBC's raids. I am more then willing to be that are already halfway through the Raids they have there.
