I'm really not surprised you would say something like that, because it fits your agenda. Just like it is no surprise that you "+1" a crappy picture. If a 100 page thread develops, and this one is certainly well on it's way, then fine. If that's what the people want, and they can keep it within reason (which is not something for you or I to decide - only the mods) then threads can get as big as they want. This post of yours that I shouldn't even be responding to consititutes spam much moreso than anything I have posted in it.. Hell even Ut's post is a shining example of on-topicness compared to your tripe.
