I don't play VG currently, however the big draw of this board is the Batphone. Nino's ability to talk on-level with folks generated a great deal of respect, both for Nino and Sigil. I would certainly hate to have an important source of information and discussion stifled due to a few internet loud-mouths, especially when that source's job is at stake.

So I believe Nino should do whatever he needs to do, be it continue "fighting the system," take a break from doling out the important tidbits, or stop entirely. The board isn't worth getting canned over, especially not for people that can't keep things on the down-low.
