electronic warfare 3 or 4 opens up electronic drone interfacing and you are gonna wanna get that skill sooner or later as a gallente since it makes all drones have a longer range.
Other than that open the market and check out what skill lvls you need for stasis webifiers (propulsion jamming skill) target painters are pretty useful as well, so are sensor dampeners.. iirc the gallente cruiser celeitis or something gets a bonus to sensor damps.
