It's the internet. It's so easy to put out information nowadays that of course you're going to hear about brand new things being developed. When it goes without updates for a while, I don't see how it hurts them when they're steadily continuing to work on the project. |
Is it any suprise that gameplay-wise the two of the above games you mentioned were way over-hyped then? (IE, the gameplay is mediocre)
The way the producers of spore were talking about it a year ago I was under the impression we were approaching impending release. Now I just don't care.
Much like HL2's episodic content, it used ot be my favorite game, but the episodic crap ruined it.
