You know, there are several redundant systems out there that companies will tell you about them when you need them that you aren't supposed to use on a regular basis. Just because you are told about them doesn't give you open reign to tell everyone and their brother and use them for all time. On the contrary it's a sign of
good customer service that they will let you use them when you need them for some reason.
