Horses - Horses are 40%, 60%, and 80% runspeed modifiers. The 20% is significant, and we can make higher level mounts more attractive by allowing higher armor and saddlebag additions if necessary. People are upgrading horses currently so it may be too early to consider modifying these. The horses are at 40%, 50% and 60%. Not 60 and then 80.
