no, your just wrong, trust someone that plays with a full group of casters.
Aside from a few broken spells like charms, the rest of the stuff casters got (and have to get still) is utter shit. Remember, they balance us assuming we have all spells and new focuses, so until every caster does, guess what? they are fucked. least you can keep using your old sword, and not have it be less effciant than your new sword cause you havent found a fucking bracer yet.
PoP added some efficiantcy, it did little for actual DPS. In some cases it traded efficaintcy away for added DPS, hardly a welcome outcome on longer targets, where you still switch back to slow, but more efficaint spells. Least -some- of the AA is redeming.
