I like how Sony gives the standard "this is not the forum to discuss this, please email
blackhole@sony.com" response. Whether CQ was doing this with bad intentions or not, means nothing. Sony posted the information, if they think it shouldn't be used by customers, then state that somewhere, or for fuck's sake don't allow them to access it in that manner.
I'm a business student myself, and don't quite remember ever reading in a text book that it's good business practice to dry fuck your customers in the ass on a regular basis. Can't say I will regret the day I stop giving those fuckwits another dollar.
