Yes, everything can be broken down to basics, but the scope of law or medicine dwarfs the scope of video game playing the same way the universe dwarfs a grain of sand.

As someone who has actually graduated from law school, passed the bar and been a practicing lawyer for a few years now I can assure you that is not the case -- I find gaming (in particular 18xx train games and MMOs) a hell of a lot more challenging than law.
Law is all about how much fucking time are you willing to spend at work.
