| they gimp a level 19 spell because it works on mobs "at or above" level 50, but they didn't touch the new druid harmony of nature, which is still 2 minutes in duration.
Druid/Ranger HoN is already a nerfed version of the old harmony. And no, it doesn't work indoors like the cleric/paladin/enchanter line which is still far better, just 1/3 the duration instead of 3x the duration. |
