| Thats why there are altars to get your corpse. I had to use that once or twice.
GMs are there to fix things that you don't have a chance of fixing. I don't know what this might be since I have not experienced a situation like this. Maybe something like your corpse being lost and the altar not working. Or maybe you're stuck somewhere and you can't recall or /stuck. Or maybe you're at the bottom of the dungeon and a named is spawning 10x every 30 seconds. Or maybe they are there to prevent exploits they are seeing. I don't know, shit like that. I'm not a GM so I don't know what the typical problem is in a game. I'm not an asstard so I don't run into problems very often, or if I do, I suck it up because it's much easier to recover what I lost myself than worrying about talking to a GM about it.
